As a Basis, I’ve been experiencing some unwanted event last week, i got complain from user that he/she cannot printing from SAP. I tried to delete old spool data but it seems like a temporary solution. So, i tried to google and if you happen to turn on the audit log on your SAP system, then this is the solution you’ve been looking for.
In conclusion, this t-code really useful and it’s gonna safe your day if you audit log has really bugging you and your storage space.
Log in to you problematic SAP client number with higher credential (in this case i use basis login user)
Access t-code SM18 until the screen show like picture below (you can find the detail about how to from this link: deleting old audit file )
Now, just insert the Minimum age to set how old audit log you want to delete (in this case i insert 30 days behind) and press execute.
Done.
